Adrian Cordina, fellow at the European Civil Justice Centre was invited to speak on TPLF, including his expertise on law and economics at the expert event organized by the European Litigation Funders Association (ELFA) in Brussels on 19 March 2026. This event on ‘Enabling Access to Justice: Pragmatic Next Steps for Third-Party Funding in Europe’ gathered around 35 stakeholders from around Europe, including policy, legal, and funding communities. See also the LinkedIn post by ELFA. Alongside other speakers, he discussed the access to justice and levelling the playing field implications of TPLF in commercial (B2B)
disputes, its use, and the current and potential regulatory landscape.
