Xandra Kramer presented insights on collective actions in the Netherlands at the 2026 Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar (MCLS) that took place on 7 and 8 May 2026. She also reported on the outbreak session regarding opt-in and opt-out models of collective actions in Europe.
