On 27 November 2024, Adrian Cordina gave a presentation titled ‘Third-Party Litigation Funding in Europe: Resistance and Economic Implications’ at the University of Leicester Law School Dispute Resolution Cluster chaired by Masood Ahmed and Adaeze Aniodoh. In the discussion, he presented his research on the resistance to third-party funding and its justifiability.
