Carlota Ucín presented a draft paper at the 31st World Congress of the International Association for philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy that took place in Seoel from 7-12 July 2024. In a panel dedicated to Theorizing Protest and Legal Mobilization, she presented her paper on Navigating the Winds of Change: Public Interest Litigation and Participation in ContemporaryDemocracies.
