Xandra Kramer and Adriani Dori delivered presentations today at the International Conference on Third-Party Litigation Funding held at Università degli studi Roma TRE on 13 September 2024..
Xandra Kramer’s talk focused on third-party funding of collective redress, exploring the evolving landscape and its broader implications. Adriani Dori presented on the current state of the art of the regulatory framework of third-party funding in Europe, as well as current legislative initiatives addressing the issue.
