Xandra Kramer had the pleasure to participate in a panel on collective actions at the Civil Justice Conference in Patagonia, Chile on 26 June 2024. Her presentation addressed the Financing of Collective Actions, zooming in on developments and discussions on Europe and the Netherlands. She evaluated the rise of third party litigation funding, the need for this type of funding and the question of whether further regulation is necessary.
