In October 2024 Carlota Ucín presented her work at the conference Law as a social practice, held at the University degli Studi die Napoli Federico II in Napels. She presented her paper In the name of human rights: sketching a definition of public interest litigation, in which she discuss the relevant elements that serve as the building blocks for a definition of public interest litigation.
