This interview took place with Deminor Counsel Scandinavia Mats Geijer and General Counsel Germany Malte Stübinger to discuss the mapping study the European Commission commissioned, the results of which are expected in the first half of 2025, along with other EU developments and experiences in the Netherlands on collective actions.
