Xandra Kramer participated in an interview for the website of the Dutch NPO news broadcaster EenVandaag. Resulting from the media attention around a potential claim against Booking.com by the Consumer Competition Claim foundation, supported by the Dutch consumer organisation Consumentenbond she was asked to give a further explanation for the public about developments on mass claims in the Netherlands under the WAMCA act that became applicable in 2020.
