Xandra Kramer was interviewed by the Dutch newspaper NRC Handelsblad about the potential mass claim against Booking.com that is being prepared by the Consumer Competition Claim foundation, supported by the Dutch consumer organisation Consumentenbond. The case deals with breaches of consumer law and competition law. At the end of June 2025, the Consumentenbond went public and the case attracted a lot of interest from consumers supporting the claim, and by the media. She answered questions about the prospects of this potential claim and the financing.
